Meet Hannah
I primarily work with young adults and high school and college students who are experiencing various issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment wounds, family-of-origin difficulties, relationship issues, and more.
I recognize life pressures can feel overwhelming during this season of life. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, while learning practical tools to feel more grounded and confident in daily life.
Together, we can work on untangling unhelpful cycles, healing past hurts, and building a stronger sense of self. My approach blends warmth and authenticity with evidence-based strategies, so you leave sessions feeling both supported and equipped to take meaningful steps forward.
I consider it a great privilege to walk with people through their challenges, hurts, and fears. I see counseling as an opportunity to help people cope with life’s challenges, diminish suffering, and experience increased purpose, joy, and self-awareness.
